This Privacy Policy explains what information the Champaran Mart app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Champaran Mart customer and admin apps and this website.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and phone number, provided when you create an account.
• Delivery addresses — addresses you save (labelled Home, Work, Hotel or Other), including the area, city, pincode and, when provided, a receiver's name and phone number for deliveries to someone else.
• Location data — with your permission, your device's GPS location, used to detect your current location and suggest a delivery address. Location search and address lookup are powered by Mappls (MapmyIndia).
• Order information — items, quantities, prices and order status, so we can fulfil and let you track your orders.
• Usage data — basic app diagnostics needed to keep the service running reliably.

How we use this information

• To create and manage your account and process your orders.
• To determine delivery addresses and estimate delivery times.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To keep the app secure and working correctly.

How we store and share information

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database and Cloud Storage). We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the Champaran Mart admin team, solely to fulfil and deliver your orders, and with our infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, Mappls) strictly to operate the app.

Your choices

You can edit or delete saved addresses at any time inside the app. Location access can be turned off from your device settings; the app will still work, but you will need to search for your address manually. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

Children's privacy

Champaran Mart is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.

These Terms govern your use of the Champaran Mart app and this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and pricing

Product prices, availability and delivery times shown in the app are estimates and may change without prior notice. An order is confirmed once it is placed successfully in the app; Champaran Mart reserves the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.

Payment

Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery. Additional payment methods may be introduced in future.

Delivery

Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with distance, traffic and demand. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.

Cancellations and issues

If an item is missing, incorrect or damaged on delivery, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including placing fraudulent orders, attempting to access other users' accounts, or interfering with the app's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

Champaran Mart is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Champaran Mart is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
